Every price and statistic comes from listings currently advertised on MyProperty. They are asking prices set by agents and sellers - not sale prices, valuations or the whole market.
Homes go under offer, sell or get withdrawn. Each result links to the live listing on MyProperty - check it, and confirm details with the agent, before you rely on it.
Area, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, property type and features such as a pool, garden or pets allowed filter the results. Descriptive requests - “sea view”, “solar power”, “modern kitchen” - rank the best matches first rather than removing everything else, so homes without that feature can still appear further down. Answers show up to 10 listings at a time; ask for the next page to see more.
If a request has no area, names a place MyProperty can’t find, or matches several agents with the same name, the assistant asks you to clarify instead of searching the whole country.
Agents in an area are ranked with the same score as on Find an Agent. It combines internal ranking metrics such as:
The MyProperty connector is read-only. It searches public listings and agent profiles on your behalf and cannot change anything in your account or contact anyone.
MyProperty does not receive the rest of your conversation or your assistant account details.

The connector searches listings, calculates listing statistics and finds agents. Property guidance, favourites, enquiries and similar actions aren’t available through it yet - the assistant links you to the right page on MyProperty instead.
Each MyProperty account can make 120 requests an hour and 600 a day. The assistant tells you when a limit is reached; try again later.

POST; GET and DELETE answer 405.ui://myproperty/listing-cards.html) for listing cards. Clients without MCP Apps receive the same answer as text plus structuredContent.OAuth 2.1 authorization code flow with PKCE (S256 only), run by MyProperty over the user’s MyProperty sign-in. Dynamic client registration is supported, so clients need no pre-issued credentials; public clients (token_endpoint_auth_method: none) and client secrets are both accepted.
Access tokens are signed JWTs, audience-bound to the MCP endpoint, valid for 60 minutes. Refresh tokens last 30 days and rotate on every use; reusing an old one revokes the whole chain. An unauthenticated request gets 401 with a WWW-Authenticate header pointing at the protected-resource metadata.

This is the only scope. Any other scope is refused at registration, authorization and the token endpoint. Revoking an approval or blocking an account takes effect within 5 minutes.

search_properties - Search MyProperty listings
Finds homes for sale or to rent from a plain-language request and returns up to 10 listings per page, with a link to the same search on MyProperty and a token for follow-up refinements.
get_listing_stats - MyProperty listing statistics
Answers how-many, average and median questions about current listings — asking price, price per m², floor and land size — for one area, several areas compared, or one agent’s or agency’s stock.
search_estate_agents - Find MyProperty estate agents
Finds estate agents by area, name or agency, in MyProperty’s ranked order, with each agent’s office, listing counts and a link to their public profile.
