Sole Mandate:
This 137 ha farm is situated about 24 km from Van Wyksdorp towards Herbertsdale, close to the Langeberg mountain range.
There are no buildings, so you can decide where to built your dwelling.
There is a borehole 150 m deep which is not equipped. Borehole has not been tested, but drilling agent indicated enough water for household purposes.
Farm is fenced with portions jackal-proof, and other sections with normal 7 to 9 strand fencing.
Access is from main dirt road over private farms to the property.
One will be able to keep a few sheep or cattle.
Currently there is no arable land developed.
