Situated within the De Mistplek Ranch, this 28 ha farm offers a lifestyle away from everyday life and strive.
De Mistplek Ranch consist of 27 farms, each with full title deed, fenced with a variety of game such as Eland, Kudu, Onyx, and Black wildebeest.
The Ranch is managed by a Farm Owner Association and there are a constitution and code of conduct you will have to abide to.
Levies are R 760 per month and is for the maintenance of the roads, dams, reservoirs and water pipelines.
There is no infrastructure on this farm, so you can decide where to built your house. The connection of water to the main pipeline is for your cost, so is the road to your house, from the main road.

You may have a vegetable patch, and keep your pets providing they are in your exclusive 2 ha area, which you may fence in, should you so wish.
