Surrounded by the majestic Maglies mountains and situated just 50km from Lanseria International Airport, this 16 ha farm is currently operating as a lodge and conference centre on 5ha of the property and can be accessed from the main road via its private tarred road.

Building 1, 120 m2 - Main House - The fully tilled main house with its modern finishes, comes with a lounge, entertainment area and separate kitchen. The bedroom has 2 bathrooms and a walk through closet. One bathroom has a bath and toilet, and the the other is fitted with a shower and toilet. Walk out from the lounge onto the patio with its built in jacuzzi to relax in on hot summer days.
Building 2, 420m2 - Restaurant, Pub & Conference Centre/Hall - The fully equipped cozy restaurant can seat up to 50 guests and also houses a 30 seated, carpeted conference room which can be accessed either from the restaurant or two separate entrances from the garden. On the conference room side of the building is a boma braai area and on the lodge side is a sparkling pool and lapa.
Building 3 - 690m2 - Rooms 1 to 10 - Ten guest rooms each fitted with 1 double and 1 single bed, TV, kettle and bathroom. Rooms 1 to 4 have recently been modernized and include bar fridges. The building also houses an additional conference room or games room with a small store room.
Building 4 - 270m2 - Rooms 11 to 14 and Laundry - Room 11 has 1 double and 2 single beds and Room 12 has 1 single bed. Room 13 is a two bedroom chalet that sleeps 3+ and room 14 is a 1 en suite bed chalet with separate lounge and kitchenette.
Building 5 - 160m2 - Room 15 to 19 - Each room is fitted with two single beds, TV and bathroom.
All rooms 1 to 19 are fully fitted with linen and bath accessories & have a shower & toilet.
Building 6 - 260m2 - 7 rooms & 1 garage with electrical and water supply. Semi-used staff quarters.
Building 7 - 300m2 storehouse.
The Farm is surrounded by blueberry and cherry farms 30km from Rustenburg toward . Nearby attractions include Magalies Canopy Tours, Buffelspoort Dam, amazing hiking and mountain biking trails and Rustenburg Skydive to name a few.
Power supplied directly by Eskom. Diesel generator with operation panel situated at the main house. Borehole water. 9 x CCTV cameras and 1 x night time roaming camera with monitoring from main house, bar and mobile.
