The premises is located in a panhandle and secure entrance is provided through an electronic sliding gate. From the spacious driveway you have access to the house through the main entrance or the (single) garage. The garage has a prepaid electrical meter and a electronic roll-down door.
From the main entrance you take three steps down to the Open Plan area which includes a Lounge, Guest toilet, Dining area and Kitchen. The Kitchen has Marble tops, lots of cubboards and a stepin pantree. There is a gas stove and gas geyser. Arround the corner is the scullary, with space for a washing mashine, tumbledryer, diswasher and fridge.
You get access to the ensuite bedroom from the openplan area. From the lounge you find your way, through a sliding door, onto the patio which has a braai facility. This lovely house is available for rent as from 1 June 2025 at rate of R15 900/month, which includes the garden service. We have a special pensioners rate (R15 400/month). Rental excludes the electricity (pre-paid system) and municipal services (has to be paid on request from the Owner on a monthly basis). An one month rental deposit and municipal account (R1500) is required. A second (small) vehicle can be negotiated to be parked under the carport on the premises. The premises is NOT pet friendly, because the Owner, who stays next door in Unit A, has a dog on site.
