This stand in Canyon Game Reserve is located at the lower slopes of the Northern Drakensberg Mountain and on a flat area with excellent trees. There are various bushveld trees including Maroela and Knobthorn and it has good mountain views. Build your dream home on this private and exclusive estate. Each stand is serviced with power and water and there are a variety of allowable roof types. There is no time frame to build in. Stands on wildlife estates in the area are only becoming more rare and harder to find.
The reserve has a set of Homeowner rules that ensures the reserve is held to a good standard and the enjoyment of all owners, without effecting others negatively. On the reserve there are plains game including kudu, Impala, nyala, Giraffe, Wildebeest, Zebra and water buck. There is no fencing between properties and game will be seen roaming. However, game drive roads are available, and one can also walk and hike. The reserve is not pet-friendly and no AirBnB operations are allowed.
