Set in the wind free area of Hangklip and an hour out of Cape Town at the southern tip of Africa, lies this piece of vacant land (84 HA) of natural beauty situated in a biodiversity hot-spot. It is in the Biosphere area next door to the Kogelberg Nature Reserve and is therefore protected by regulations.
