This 1,82 ha plot in Langvlei Dunes offers an exciting opportunity to establish a new home in a beautiful area. There is no municipal water supply. Most owners rely on rainwater and many also have boreholes, currently costing about R1700 per meter to drill. Depending on where you drill the estimate of depth to water is about 70m. The Municipality can also supply tankers of water at a price.

Langvlei Dunes has an informal HOA and whatsapp group through which residents can remain in contact with each other. Security is very good and as fire can be a risk, property owners are encouraged to maintain firebreaks.

Wilderness Village is about 10 minutes away and George CBD and the George Airport about 30 minutes away.
