Country living with income potential in Nelsonia, 18 km from Vereeniging and 30 km from Alberton. Featuring a sparkling swimming pool, multiple homes and three-bed main house, two baths.
Situated in the rapidly expanding agricultural suburb of Nelsonia—just 18 km northeast of Vereeniging and 30 km south of Alberton—this exceptional 2.2 HA agricultural holding represents a rare fusion of lifestyle appeal, income potential, and scalable agri-business opportunity. Strategically positioned on a main tarred road, the property features two fully functional homes and three self-contained flatlets (including a charming bachelor flat adjacent to the pool and a garden flat awaiting light refurbishment), offering versatile accommodation for extended families, multi-generational living, or consistent rental yield.
The spacious main residence boasts three well-appointed bedrooms with built-in cupboards, two modern bathrooms—including an en-suite with shower, basin, and toilet—and a generous open-plan lounge/dining area flowing seamlessly into a substantial farm-style kitchen and dedicated study. Outside, the property delights with a sparkling blue swimming pool, a thoughtfully appointed poolside dressing room (easily convertible to an entertainment space), a large courtyard perfect for al fresco gatherings and fireside evenings, and abundant green spaces crisscrossed by nostalgic, meandering pathways.
The second home—equally practical and peaceful—includes two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fitted kitchen, and open-plan lounge/dining, complemented by an additional flatlet with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and lounge, plus two secure carports.
Agricultural infrastructure is robust and ready: four boreholes (one fully operational, three pump-ready), a functional dam suitable for irrigation or aquaculture, 3-phase power supply, and well-maintained chicken coops totalling ±158 m2—providing an immediate foundation for poultry farming, horticulture, or value-added agri-ventures.
With its prime Midvaal location, established infrastructure, and extraordinary scope for development—whether as a boutique farmstead, rural retreat, multi-unit investment, or commercial agricultural enterprise—this holding is far more than land and buildings: it’s a legacy in the making.
