Coastal property for sale in Rooi Els

Exclusive Mandate

This is a home that feels deeply connected to its surroundings. It is shaped by its setting and it invites you to pause, breathe and stay awhile. Here, nature is not something you look at from a distance, it is part of everyday life. The ocean views stretch all the way across False Bay, with Hangklip peak in the distance.

The mature fynbos garden, with its winding walkways, seems to dissolve the boundaries between home and landscape. It is the perfect setting to find a quiet, sunny corner to watch the ocean and listen to the birds.

The property is perfectly maintained and well secured. Another important feature is that no one can build in front of you. Your views are thus forever.

From the large entrance foyer, which is perfect for displaying art, you can access the garden courtyard or go directly to the kitchen. To the right of the foyer is a light filled large bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom that has a sliding door going onto the courtyard garden. This can easily be used as a guest room or reimagined as a working studio. The courtyard garden is not only a visual delight, it also allows various spaces in the home access to the outside.

The living area follows from the kitchen and is double volume with a fireplace and seamless access to the sea facing deck and the outdoor entertainment area. This outdoor patio area is protected from the wind and feels like the heart of the home with its connection to both the house and garden.
