EXCLUSIVE LISTING | WATERSTONE VILLAGE, HUNTERS HOME
A home that gives you room to breathe, space to entertain and a lifestyle you will never want to leave.
Set within the sought-after Waterstone Village estate in Hunters Home, this exceptionally spacious family residence offers something increasingly difficult to find in Knysna — a generous 1,580m2 stand, established gardens, privacy, abundant entertainment space and a beautiful connection with nature.
And then there is the setting.
With natural greenery bordering the property, a meandering stream at the bottom of the garden and mountain views from several rooms, this is a home where the outdoors becomes part of everyday life.
A HOME MADE FOR LIVING & ENTERTAINING
The heart of the home is an impressive open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, crowned by a soaring cathedral ceiling with exposed timber trusses and skylights.
A gas fireplace creates a warm focal point, while a separate freestanding wood-burning fireplace adds character and atmosphere — perfect for cosy Knysna evenings.
This is more than a living room. It is the space everyone will naturally gravitate towards.
From here, the home flows effortlessly into two substantial enclosed entertainment patios, both with built-in braais, creating an exceptional indoor-outdoor entertaining environment.
Open the doors, step onto the deck and you are immediately connected to the sparkling swimming pool, landscaped garden and surrounding greenery.
Summer lunches. Family celebrations. Sundowners with friends. Lazy afternoons around the pool. This home was made for all of it.

A second full bathroom, with double vanity and separate shower, serves the remaining bedrooms.
A separate laundry/utility room adds practical convenience to the home's generous living spaces.
OUTDOOR LIVING AT ITS BEST
The swimming pool and surrounding deck create a private outdoor sanctuary.
Imagine spending long summer afternoons beside the pool, children playing in the garden, friends gathering around the braai and the sound of the stream flowing through the bottom of the property.
This is the Knysna lifestyle people dream about — but with the space and privacy to actually live it.
