Pet friendly 3-Bedroom Townhouse in Vermont with Mountain Views & Short-Term Letting

Exclusive Sole Mandate

For buyers who have been waiting for a pet-friendly townhouse with short-term letting potential and beautiful mountain views, this is the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

Occupying the end position in a development of just six units, this exceptionally well-maintained three-bedroom townhouse combines a practical two-level layout with excellent indoor and outdoor living. The unit's position is an important part of the offering, providing easier access within the complex together with additional secure parking through a separate gate into a private garden area. Mostly paved and easy to maintain, the garden offers a covered porch and a dedicated fire-pit area, creating an inviting setting for relaxed outdoor entertaining with beautiful mountain views.

The open-plan kitchen and living area occupy the upper level, where vaulted ceilings create a wonderful sense of space, complemented by natural light. A breakfast counter provides casual seating, while the living area opens onto an enclosed balcony with a built-in braai. One of the home's standout spaces, this sheltered entertainment area lends itself to year-round use and enjoys an even more impressive mountain outlook.

The main bedroom is also upstairs, positioned away from the guest accommodation, and offers an en-suite bathroom with a shower and its own balcony.

The ground floor accommodates two well-sized bedrooms, both opening directly onto the garden through sliding doors fitted with Trellidor security gates. They share a full bathroom with a bath and shower combination. The entrance foyer has been cleverly utilised as a compact study nook, while direct access from the single automated garage adds further convenience.

The position within Vermont is equally appealing. Fynbos is situated at 2 Rockhopper Street, directly across from the Vermont Salt Pan and its walking paths and birdlife. The OK Trading Post and surrounding conveniences are within walking distance, the coastal path is readily accessible, and Onrus, the beach and the R43 are all within easy reach.

For buyers comparing homes in this price range, the combination is difficult to overlook: pet friendly, three bedrooms, secure garaging and additional parking, private outdoor space, mountain views, an enclosed braai area and short-term letting permitted — all within a small six-unit development in Vermont.

It offers several viable options: a permanent home, a secure coastal base or an income-producing investment.

Vermont forms part of the greater Hermanus area, placing schools, medical facilities, restaurants, galleries, shopping, golf courses and the Hemel-en-Aarde Valley within convenient reach, while still retaining the quieter residential character for which this part of the coastline is known.
