It is also light with natural light dancing in through the window. It doesn`t have an en-suite bathroom, but it shares the 3rd bathroom with a large shower with the visitors. The 3rd bedroom is an interesting one, it is en-suite to a full bathroom, a kitchenet and a door that opens to the outside and the undercover parking. This could serve a a bachelorette for an older child or parent.
On the ground floor you find the 2 flats. The 2 bedroom flat is on the one side, under the house, and the one bedroom on the opposite side, under the house, assuring some privacy. It could both be rented out as an extra income. These flat have not been restored yet as it is an ongoing process that is in the now. Both of the flats have a bathroom and a kitchen area. The 2 bedroom flat opens to a patio with a good size swimming pool which, at this point in time, still needs some TLC, but is a very nice feature to the house.
