A Productive Farm in the fertile Crocodile Valley located west from Nelspruit and surrounded by commercial farms mainly with macadamia and citrus orchards. The area is also know for a number of pack houses and warehouses.

This farm is well managed and the improvements are in good condition . This farm is not over capitalized in terms of improvements.

This farm has an easy gradient with some natural grazing and indigenous bush. But most of the farm is developed with orchards under permanent irrigation.

Water is derived from the Crocodile River with a pump station (on the neighboring farm and with own Eskom Transformer.)The farm has an allocation of 18Ha of Water Rights from the Major Crocodile Irrigation Scheme and is sufficient for the present permanent crops. The Irrigation system comprise of under ground main lines, linked to pump equipment and a micro sprinkler system.

The permanent orchards comprise of the following:

5.2 Ha of Citrus (lemons)

30.4Ha Macadamias (mostly Nelmac, A4 and Baumont)

The harvest delivered for 2026 was as follows: 100 ton Macadamia, 80 ton Avo`s 300 ton Citrus.

The soil is mostly well drained soil comprising of a mixture of Hutton forms, sandy or gravelly and well drained. This is a summer rainfall area with dry winters, rain approximately 650mm per annum, Maximum temperature 36 degrees C and Minimum 8 degrees C.

There is a homestead, Macadamia processing shed, Implements shed, chemical store and ablutions for staff (gents and lady`s) The homestead is a true farm house, spacious and extended over the years. It has a beautiful view over the Alkmaar area. The house offers a lounge, family room, kitchen scullery laundry study bedroom with e-suit bathroom and 2 more bedrooms sharing a 2nd bathroom There is also a flat, garages and stores. There is staff accommodation (364sqm).

The Macadamia shed is fully equipped with a de-husker system. This double volume building is equipped for drying and processing macadamia nuts (an average of 1,8t tonnes of product can be processed per day.
