The topography:

Approximately 80% flat with a slight slope towards the Southern boundary. The habitat consists mainly of sweet bushveld with various large flora such as leadwood, marula, kiaat, jakkalsbessie, wild saringa and various thorn trees etc.

The house offers a cherrywood kitchen, spacious open-plan living area with large sliding doors leading out to a veranda & patio, 2 bedrooms, 2 unique entertainment areas, staff rooms, lock-up garage, storage room & beautiful landscape garden.
