Thriving engineering business, 2 house and situated on prime commercial position

An exceptional opportunity to acquire an established engineering business, together with two residential houses, all situated on one property along a busy exit road leading to the industrial area. This property is also almost off-grid.

This property offers a unique combination of business potential, residential accommodation and excellent exposure in a strategically positioned location. With its prominent roadside position, the property is ideally suited to an entrepreneur or investor looking to acquire an established, operational engineering business with an existing client base.

The thriving engineering business can be taken over ideally as a going concern, offering the new owner the opportunity to step into an existing operation with machinery, equipment and infrastructure already in place. A solid, established workforce can also be retained, subject to the agreed terms of the sale.

The sale includes an extensive range of machinery, tools and equipment, allowing the business to continue operating without the need to establish a workshop from scratch.

An agreement can also be reached, if someone is only interested in the machinery etc.

The equipment includes:

Hydraulic hose crimping machine

Assorted hydraulic seals and oil seals

Hydraulic hoses, pipes and fittings

Large steel band saw for cutting heavy steel sections and plates, as well as a smaller band saw

Slotting machine

Extensive stock of crimping dies and tooling for hydraulic hose machinery

2.5-metre lathe

1-metre lathe

0.5-metre lathe

Hydraulic test bench

Sandblasting equipment

Dedicated stripping and assembly bay

Drill press

Small and large milling machines

Thermadyne TIG welding machine

MIG welding machine

Crane jack

150-litre air compressor

25 kW, three-phase generator (can be switched to single phase, if needed in that capacity)

A-frame lifting structure

50-ton hydraulic press

Pipe-bending machine

Gas torch set

A lot of bobs and bits

The established machinery, equipment and stock provide a valuable foundation for a new owner to continue servicing existing clients and potentially expand the business further.

Whether you are an experienced engineering operator looking to expand, an entrepreneur seeking an established business, or an investor interested in a combined commercial and residential property, this opportunity deserves serious consideration.
