My name is Kobus Smit, and I am a Non-Principal Property Practitioner PDE 4, specializing in the beautiful regions of the Cape Winelands, Stellenbosch, West Coast, Stilbaai, Garden Route, and the Free State. My passion for real estate ignited long before I became a full-time agent. I`ve always loved the thrill of purchasing selected properties and helping others to find their dream homes. I started my career in real estate in 2005, after spending over 20 years as an independent brand, marketing and advertising consultant for major clients and their brands. My focus now is primarily on Residential Sales, Selected High-Value Executive Properties, and Prime Wine, Lifestyle, Hospitality and Retirement Estates across the Western Cape - and where required Commercial Entities. What sets me apart is my diverse background, including a career in the South Africa`s Diplomatic Corps, workins for 4 years in Western Europe, and subsequently roles as a Public Affairs Manager in both the mining sector and the wine industry. My qualifications include an MA, a Diploma in Business Management, and an FFC, giving me a unique multi-discipline perspective and expertise in the property market.
