This elevated bush stand on a beautiful reserve is ideal for that something special. One has an elevated view over a drainage line, rocky outcrops and the bush. There is a big variety of trees and bird life as well as plains game. This stand is equipped with water and electricity.
The reserve is located 10 Km from the town of Hoedspruit and this site is located 5 km from the gate. The reserve is 2,500 ha in size and only has 32 exclusive sites located along the Blyde or Olifants river, since the confluence is located along the reserve. The 32 owners own the whole extent of the 2500 ha and have full title ownership of their particular house sites which around 10 000 square meters (1 ha). There is a good network of roads across the reserve with several dams and look out points. The reserve is run by a manager who reports to the Board of Directors of the Homeowners Association. Various roof types are allowed including thatch, Chromodeck and Harvey tile. No need to build in a certain time frame. The estate is safe for walking and cycling.
