Leopard Rock Private Nature Reserve has a spectacular bush setting with picturesque rocky outcrops and well established trees and diverse flora. The reserve is located between Phalaborwa and Hoedspruit town and is 740 ha in size. It is a low density reserve that makes it appealing to bush lovers and home owners who prefer privacy and peace and quiet over the more densely populated residential wildlife estates in Hoedspruit town. A total of 45 stands each 1 ha in size are found on Leopard Rock, all very privately set with private entrances to the properties. The stand advertised lies in a cul de sac and is slightly elevated which will be appreciated in the hot Lowveld summer months as there is a bit of a breeze. It also provides views of nearby outcrops and views of the distant horizon framed by a number of well established trees.
