Serene stand with magnificent views of the Drakenberg Mountains situated on the riverbed in Escarpia Security Estate.
Escarpia village is an extension of Kampersrus, which is situated at the foot of the northern Drakensberg mountain range. It is only half
an hour's drive away from the Orpen Gate of the Kruger National Park.
The village offers a view across the Lowveld in the east while the towering mountains of the escarpment create a spectacular western skyline.
Each stand has a surface area of approximately 2 500 square meters, and are not allowed to be fenced, this makes it possible for wildlife to move freely between the stands and the natural central park, which is co-owned by all stand-holders.
Owners are given full title, and also become members of an Article 21 company that is responsible for maintenance and taking care of members' rights. The managing body is elected by the members.
