I believe the size of the property (1 790m2 on 3 consolidated even) and position in the village alone justifies the asking price.
The 4 chalets are an additional bonus. Bathrooms all en-suite.
Please take note that I am not selling the property as a guest house but as a large, historical, family home with the additional 4 furnished chalets as a business bonus.
It is situated in a good position, east facing, in a street that has tennis courts and a bowling green opposite.

Lots of variety.
The kitchen can be improved.
The electricity in the house is also old fashioned and I think you would want more plugs etc but there is nothing wrong with the plumbing ( 2 outlets to the street ),
there are no leaks in the roof. Upstairs is a large almost pristine, wooden attic. I can stand up in there.
The pool is black fibreglass and not really dirty. The pump is working.
There are mangoes, grapes, figs etc and 14 different Bouganvillias planted in the garden.
We also built the chalets. The garden is sectioned off (dogs) but can be opened up.
The garden is perfect for entertaining and can just visualise tables and chairs and jolly times, lots of laughter and fun.
