The Blyde Wildlife Estate is just under 500 ha in extent and has about 3 kilometres of river frontage on its Northern side. The stand of 4335 m2 borders onto the Blyde river. At this stage there are 40 completed houses on the estate which offers a total of 154 full title stands. The estate has excellent infrastructure such as concrete roads and water filtration system. All services run underground. The wildlife consists of plains game, namely Kudu, Nyala, Zebra, Wildebeest and plenty Giraffes.
