MyProperty launches free virtual tour solution

In the age of social distancing virtual tours are the perfect solution for estate agents. Not only does it provide a safe, contactless way of showing listings to potential buyers but it also helps minimise the stresses of a slew of open houses for the seller.

"With many virtual tours available on the market, cost and functionality are one of the biggest variables between these offerings. Our team at Entegral, after a lot of considerations, used our knowledge of building highly optimised and efficient systems to launch a free virtual tour platform for estate agents through MyProperty," said Adriaan Grové, CEO and Founder of Entegral Technologies.

As with any product and service run and developed by Entegral the key was to launch a virtual tour offering that would be easy to use and would be cost-effective. With this in mind, agents that already own a 360-degree camera can get started right away or even transfer their existing tours by simply creating an account.

Virtual tour integration options

According to Grové, these virtual tours can easily be added to real estate management systems like Base to be featured on their own website or it can also be embedded in websites.

Two examples of how these virtual tours will look:

Another added benefit of these tours is that they are fully responsive and will adapt accordingly, perfect for the mobile-first generations of home buyers.

More features are planned for the future such as:

  • the ability to link scenes with clickable icons to facilitate walkthroughs,
  • allowing for larger 360-degree photos to be uploaded,
  • customisation of the viewer including agency branding and
  • integration options for management systems, allowing you to access and upload tours on listings.

"The focus right now is to provide a basic solution that is stable at no extra cost to our clients," concludes Grové
