One of the last vacant sites available in sought-after Clifton on the Cape’s Atlantic Seaboard is one of over 70 properties which come under the virtual hammer at BidX1 South Africa’s first online auction on April 10, 2019.

This first catalogue includes properties in prime locations around South Africa, from as far afield as the Vaal River, Midrand and Centurion to the Cape, Garden Route, Eastern Cape, KZN and Mpumalanga, among others, says MC duToit, CEO, Auctions & Sales for BidX1 South Africa.

“With sweeping views across Clifton and the ocean, this prime elevated 455sqm site includes architecturally designed plans available for the successful, registered bidder.”
