Asrin Property Developers has announced that The Topaz, phase one of its Gemstone Estate development, is now approaching the final stages of construction. Provisional completion is scheduled for the end of June 2019, with final completion by the end of July 2019 and occupation by August 2019. As the countdown to the end of phase one continues, interest in Gemstone remains high, says Rehana Moosa, marketing executive at Asrin.
“Demand has been strong from the start. Ever since our civils works team first moved on site last year and put up the sales cabin, our salespeople noticed strong interest in the development, particularly from people already living in the area keen to buy their own homes,” she said.
To meet the consistently strong demand, Asrin released phase two, Sapphire Mews, which offers two bedroom apartments priced from R699 900 to R785 700; and three bedroom apartments priced from R869 900 to R899 900. The Topaz comprises 42 units in three-storey walk-up blocks with prices ranging from R689 000 to R779 000.
The Topaz and Sapphire Mews both feature superior finishes, including engineered stone countertops, ceramic tiles and laminated flooring; ovens, hobs and extractor hoods; and anodized aluminium window and door frames. All the units will be wi-fi and DStv enabled.
In addition, the design incorporates a number of green features such as solar panel geysers, which are designed to cut utility bills by reducing water and electricity consumption while minimising the estate’s overall environmental footprint. Each phase in Gemstone Estate will have its own access-controlled entrance with a guardhouse.
Gemstone Estate is in Cravenby Estate, which is conveniently located just off the N2, directly opposite Avonwood Square shopping centre and in close proximity to Sanlam Centre, N1 City, Cape Town International Airport, University of the Western Cape, Tygerberg Hospital and public transport connections.
