Pearl Valley Golf Estate, one of the Winelands’ most established luxury estates, has shown a steady price appreciation in the past decade, says Pam Golding Properties, with average house prices almost doubling in recent years. Homes on the estate, which forms part of the Val de Vie footprint, are highly sought after.

Pam Golding Properties has the exclusive mandate for a Peal Valley home that enjoys one of the best locations on the estate. Pearl Valley is just a short drive from Stellenbosch and Cape Town, thanks to the completion of the bridge linking Val de Vie with the R45. Property prices here have shown considerable growth in recent years and Greenhalgh says there is considerable buyer interest in particularly the upper end of the market, for homes of upwards of R15 million.
