Paarl has been announced as the winner of the “Town of the Year” for the Western Cape 2013 by the popular Afrikaans TV magazine programme Kwêla.
Pam Golding Properties (PGP) says the award is a fitting accolade not only for the town’s scenic beauty and historic homes, but also for its warm community spirit.
