Situated approximately 15km from the centre of Knysna is The Woods at Brenton on Lake, a residential development consisting of 45 plot and plan, full-title properties nestled between wide open spaces.

Vacant stands in the development range in size from 689m2 to 914m2, while homes range in size from 120m2 to around 335m2. Building packages start at R1.295 million and go up to R2.395 million.  RE/MAX Coastal is currently marketing a property within the development that has reduced in price from R2.295 million to R2.195 million, with no transfer duty payable. The three-bedroom home features 2.5 bathrooms, open-plan living and dining area, a modern kitchen with Caesar stone countertops and stainless steel oven, along with a separate scullery and pantry. The home also offers wrap-around patios, a double automated garage and built-in braai.
