A cool R39 million for an exclusive home in new Bantry Bay development

One of the latest luxury developments in Cape Town's upmarket Bantry Bay is nearing completion and for a cool R39 million, you could own one of the six units.

Bantry Bay is well-known for its impressive properties and exceptional views and luxurious lifestyle, and Luxia Ravine is the embodiment of this.

The latest offering by Dogon Group Properties first broke ground in 2017 and due to its location and the recessed design into the mountainside, earthworks alone took two years to complete.

The four-storey units, which are almost identical in design and floor size, have an overhead view of the Atlantic Ocean has three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a double garage, and a sizeable balcony. The only difference is that the size of the driveways and gardens vary, from 16m² to 91m² with some units boasting a heated swimming pool.

All six units feature three bedrooms, five bathrooms, a double garage, and spacious balconies with a total floor size of 352m².

All the homes feature integrated automation, with audiovisual, lighting, and window coverings being digitally controlled. This extends to the security, which includes Control4 Entrance door stations and CCTV surveillance.

Floors of the homes are broken down as follows:

  • Ground floor: Automated tandem garage, lobby, laundry room, guest cloakroom, gardeners cloakroom, storeroom, server room.
  • 1st Floor: 2 En-suite bedrooms, dressing area, linen storage area, patio.
