RE/MAX Property Associates win international award

As the saying goes, no-one in the world sells more real estate than RE/MAX, and no-one in the RE/MAX network sells more real estate than RE/MAX Property Associates, who operate in Tableview, Blouberg, Parklands, Pinelands and Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Despite the recent tough economic environment that many in the real estate sector have experienced over the past few years, RE/MAX Property Associates have continued to flout industry norms and show outstanding results in terms of property transactions concluded. Owned by Jose de Abreu and Caron Leslie, RE/MAX Property Associates in Table View, recently won the award for the Highest Sales Volume by Registered Commission in 2012 at the RE/MAX of Southern Africa Stars National Convention 2013 held at Sun City. They were then recognised at the RE/MAX International Convention which took place in Las Vegas, as the international winners of the category for the Most Number of Transaction Sides for an office in a Metro Market.

“This is truly an outstanding achievement considering the staggering number of offices that were represented, along with the high level of performance that has been achieved by so many offices within the RE/MAX network,” says Adrian Goslett, CEO of RE/MAX of Southern Africa. “The RE/MAX brand is now represented in over 90 countries across the globe, with over 6000 independently owned offices worldwide and a network of around 90 000 real estate professionals. RE/MAX Property Associates managed to clinch the top position and have sold more properties than any other RE/MAX office on the planet. Over and above that, RE/MAX Property Associates Table View is also recognised as the largest international RE/MAX office outside of North America. It is the RE/MAX offices such as these that have largely contributed to RE/MAX of Southern Africa winning the International Region of the Year Award for 2012.”

Over the last few years, RE/MAX Property Associates has consistently ranked within the top multi-offices in South Africa and internationally. Caron Leslie, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Property Associates says: “The success that we have achieved as an office and as a region proves that South African brokerages can compete with the top performing real estate brokerages in the world and win. It is not tough times that last, but tough people and the South African contingent have weathered the storm of the economic downturn and have come out the other side more resilient and determined to succeed.  It is this determination that has allowed us to perform at the highest possible level and achieve such fantastic results.”

“Purchasing a property is a massive financial commitment and it is important for consumers to know that they are dealing with a reputable company that will ensure the highest level of professionalism and service. The clients of RE/MAX Property Associates can be assured that they are dealing with one of the best real estate offices in the world today,” Goslett concludes.
