Estate Agency Affairs Board appoints Mampeule

Rali Mampeule, winner of the 2006 Property Professional of the Year award and principal of the Chas Everitt International franchise in Midrand, has been appointed to the Estate Agency Affairs Board to serve on its disciplinary committees.

The EAAB is the statutory body that governs the affairs of the real estate industry and Mampeule says it is an honour to be appointed to assist in upholding high standards of ethical and professional conduct.

"This is essential so the clients we serve can continue to have a high level of trust in us as agents".

Mampeule's reputation as a property professional continues to grow. His Midrand franchise is one of the best performing agencies in the area and he is also involved in a number of large-scale residential and commercial property developments around the country.

As head of Phadima Holdings he is also involved in the implementation of a national learnership programme to introduce more previously disadvantaged individuals to the industry.
