Eight stands sold at launch of Lake View Country Estate

Knysna’s combination of lush forests, pristine beaches and general new building land shortages has stoked high interest in the new 52ha Lake View Country Estate with eight stands in the 63 stand first phase being purchased on launch date.

Stand sizes range from 832-5248sqm and are priced between R530 000 and R1,75m.

According to marketing agents Pam Golding Properties the project consists of a total 230 stands, sold in four phases with 100 percent bonds available. Phase one will be ready for occupation in early 2009.

The site is well situated off the N2 and 5km from the centre of Knsyna.
