Construction to start on the R110m Milkwood

AMANZIMTOTI (August 20) - Digging in. Great excitement has been created among the early purchasers with the start of site clearance on the old Illlovo Beach Holiday Resort site in Illovo Beach to make way for the R110 million 98-unit Milkwood complex.

According to Lillian Roberts of marketing agents Pam Golding Properties, Amanzimtoti, earthworks is scheduled to start on August 21 followed immediately with the construction of the first two blocks of the first phase in the three-phase development. Prices in Milkwood range from R600 000 to R1,3m. Of the 44-units available in phase one Roberts says 27 have been sold.

Assisting Greg Meyer (with spade) is Terry Cousins and Lillian Roberts, both of PGP Amanzimtoti and Bruce Sutcliffe, in front. Meyer and Sutcliffe of BGEM Developments are the developers of Milkwood.
