Constantia’s Warblers Grove Estate ready for launch

The launch of Warbler’s Grove, a new Michael Grant security estate development in the very heart of Constantia, Cape Town’s oldest wineland suburb, is now taking place.

Greeff Properties, who sold the 11 000m2 property to Michael Fenner-Solomon, owner of Michael Grant Developments, are the marketing agents. The original 70-year-old home with its Herbert Baker/Groote Schuur type façade on a 3 000m2 site will be completely renovated to form the centrepiece on the property. It will be surrounded by seven luxury units.

Plots sizes range from 1 350m2 to 1 545m2 and homes from 492m2 to 853m2. The style is contemporary but conservative, with a touch of Cape Vernacular evident in certain features. Both single and double storey units are on offer and the number of bedrooms varies from four to seven.

Prices range from R15,5 million to R23 million.
