Cluttons on national expansion drive

Cape Town headquartered real estate agency Cluttons is selling licenses to underpin its national expansion strategy, the company announced in a media release issued in Cape Town today.

To date, the agency has signed on three new licensees in “upmarket” areas to service the Southern Seaboard, the West Coast and the Boland and Overberg.

"When we decided to start selling licenses, it made perfect financial sense to offer ones in these prime areas," said Andrew Smith, managing director of Cluttons South Africa.

Cluttons was established in the United Kingdom more than 200 years ago
