Chas Everitt International shines on West Rand

The Chas Everitt International West Rand franchise is this year's winner of the Service Excellence Award made by the Roodepoort Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ROCCI). The award was presented at a gala event held at the Misty Hills Hotel recently.

This is the second time the agency has scooped the award - the previous time being in 2003 - and office manager Johan van Schalkwyk says the recognition by ROCCI bears testimony to the fact that the Chas Everitt Internationa lbusiness model is geared to client satisfaction.

Agency principal Werner van Schalkwyk says that clients who sign sole mandates also receive a free home maintenance plan to the value of R9 000.

"This plan insures clients against unexpected maintenance problems such as faulty geysers and can be transferred to the new home owners. It stays in force for a full year and goes a long way to ensuring peace of mind for seller and buyer alike."

Chas Everitt International West Rand serves the area stretching from Florida to Witpoortjie and Wilgeheuwel, which includes up-market residential areas such as Constantiakloof and Ruimsig, and offers property over a large spectrum with prices ranging from R300 000 up to R18m.
