Asrin launches Somerset Sereno in Somerset West

Asrin Property Developers, with some 30 housing and commercial developments to its credit, is going ahead with another project in Somerset Country Estate just south-east of Somerset West.

Last year Asrin launched Somerset Place with 120 units in this estate and sold out in less than three weeks, setting a new record for the Helderberg Basin.

Now they are launching Somerset Sereno on a 2,9 ha site next to Somerset Place. Sereno will have 146 sectional title units in 31 double storey buildings laid out in a landscape that will allow two parking bays to each unit plus visitors’ bays.

The apartments will all have two bedrooms. Buyers are offered two different sizes, either 61 sqm or 75 sqm. All upper level units will have balconies while the ground level units will have their own terraces.

Shiraz Onia, Asrin Marketing Director says Somerset are pitched from R639 000 to R699 000 and expects full sell out before the end of this year. Construction is scheduled to begin early in 2007 and the first handovers will take place from November 2007 onwards.
