Amdec plans further development at Lake Michelle

CAPE TOWN (August 30) - Amdec Property Development has announced plans to develop homes on 36 stands at the award winning development, Lake Michelle, in Noordhoek.
Lake Michelle has received awards from SAPOA (South African Property Owners’ Association) for its “exceptionally thorough environmental impact assessments and sensitivity in handling the landscaping and infrastructure installation in the surrounding wetlands.”
Amdec will be developing homes on stands averaging 1 311 sqm and selling completed homes. Designs of these homes are currently being finalised and will comply with the existing design guidelines in place for homes at Lake Michelle.
The security of the development, said David Norris, Amdec’s Cape Sales Manager, is one of its big attractions. The entire estate is surrounded by electrified and alarmed fencing and 24-hour guarding.
Amdec’s prices will start in the region of R2,5 million per unit.
Building is expected to begin as early as October, with floor sizes likely to range from 170m2. (
