Aida re-opens in Springs

The Aida real estate group has re-opened its Springs office on the East Rand, under the direction of principal Santa Blom and her brother Daan Prinsloo.

The office opened in November in premises in Ermelo Road and will initially field four agents. Another three agents will be appointed at the beginning of next year.

Blom notes that the local market offers superb value when compared to neighbouring East Rand towns such as Boksburg and Benoni. "Well-built standard three-bedroom homes in residential areas of Springs such as Welgedacht can still be bought at prices from R380 000," she says.

Entry-level prices in more upmarket areas such as Geduld start at R450 000 and in Selcourt and Selection Park at about R700 000.
