A dozen awards for Aida Pretoria

Aida's top franchise group award has been won by the Pretoria cluster of offices - for the 10th time in a row.

These offices, all owned by Johan van der Westhuizen and Piet Joubert, scooped both the units sold and commission earned trophies in the franchise cluster category during the recent Aida national convention at Sun City.

The Pretoria East office also won the national trophy for the most commission earned by a single office, and the cluster also claimed nine additional awards, five of which went to outstanding individual agents.

Joan Bothma of the Pretoria Commercial office, who was named as the top agent for commission earned on non-residential sales, also helped her office win the award for top office in the non-residential category, and top metropolitan area office overall for commission earned.

Dries Dreyer of the Pretoria North office won both the commission earned and unit sales awards for a rookie agent in a metropolitan area while rookie agents Petro Steytler and Andre Hattingh of the Pretoria Moot office respectively won the commission earned and unit sales awards for a main metro.

The Pretoria East office won the main metro office awards for both commission earned and units sold.

Joubert says Aida Pretoria's consistently high performance is due to a firm adherence to business ethics and the fact that it serves all market sectors in the Jacaranda City.

"Our excellent referral network between branches enables us to put clients in touch with any one of more than 100 trained Aida agents serving clients throughout Pretoria and Centurion," he notes.
