Streamline logistics and growth in Parkhill's thriving industrial precinct, with a flexible 2,000 m² two-floor building or separate 1,000 m² floors, glazed reception and ten roller shutter doors.
Bring different parts of your operation together in this new industrial building in Parkhill. Offering 2,000 m2 across two distinct working floors, the property can be rented as an entire building or as separate 1,000 m2 floors.
The ground floor combines a glazed reception with high ceilings and ten roller shutter doors, arranged five per side. These multiple openings provide options for organising loading, stock movement and dispatch around your operational layout.
The first floor offers broad open-plan space, extensive glazing and high ceilings, with one large roller shutter door and ramp access to the entrance. The natural light and open layout may suit businesses combining product presentation with stock storage, depending on the proposed use.
Kitchen and staff ablution facilities are included within the building, with their allocation to be confirmed for separate-floor lettings. Fibre is available, and a 100-amp three-phase electricity supply serves the entire building.
Site access is shared and accommodates single-trailer and superlink vehicles. Upper-floor vehicle suitability and ramp/slab load limits require confirmation for the intended operation. Signage is subject to approval.
Available from 1 January 2027. Rental excludes VAT, and utilities are charged separately. Individual-floor rentals are to be confirmed.
