Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac on the Glen side of Camps Bay, Villa Grace combines modern design with a contemporary feel to create a comfortable and elegant space. Resting on the slopes of Table Mountain with breath-taking views of the ocean and twelve apostles, this luxurious villa is split over two levels and offers an entertainment bar, heated pool and is decorated in calming, neutral hues.

An open plan living and dining room adjoins a the bar area on the lower level and both areas open out onto an outdoor patio and salt water pool. This property also offers a gas fireplace in the lounge for chilly nights and a gas braai on the patio for when the weather calls you to be outdoors. The kitchen and separate scullery area are fully furnished with all the appliances and equipment you could need at your home away from home.

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms and extra-length king- size beds. Three bedrooms are located on the upper level and one on the lower level. There are balconies on either side of the property accessed from the bedrooms. Two bedrooms face towards the Atlantic Ocean and the other two face towards Table Mountain.
