We’ve upgraded Smart Property Insights on MyProperty to make it easier to understand how a home’s asking price compares with similar properties in the area.
The updated experience introduces clearer comparison bars and more useful metrics, including asking price, price per square metre and floor size. Buyers can quickly see whether a property is priced below, in line with or above similar active listings—and understand what may be driving that difference.
For example, a home may have a higher asking price simply because it offers significantly more floor space, while its price per square metre remains competitive. These added insights provide helpful context that a price alone cannot.
Smart Property Insights are designed to support better-informed property decisions, not replace a professional price estimate. We’ll continue improving their accuracy and usefulness as more agents and listings join the MyProperty platform.
