Consumers can explore neighbourhoods visually and quickly see the top-ranked local agents for each area. Simply search for a suburb or move around the map to discover the agents currently ranking strongest in that local market.
The map works alongside our recently upgraded agent ranking system, which uses a proprietary composite score rather than relying purely on listing volume or advertising spend. Rankings consider factors including local market presence, listing performance, area expertise, profile quality and portfolio strength

Users can also switch between For Sale and To Rent, as well as residential, commercial and agricultural property, helping surface agents whose experience is most relevant to the type of property they are looking for. Rankings are dynamic and recalculated regularly, so agents can improve their position by maintaining an active presence in their target areas, keeping listings updated and strengthening their MyProperty profile.
