No two home buyers search the same way, so why should everyone have the same search experience?
We've introduced flexible browsing layouts on MyProperty, allowing you to choose how you explore listings. Whether you prefer a visual Gallery, a detailed List, a clean Compact view, or our immersive Spotlight experience, you can switch layouts at any time to match the way you like to browse.
Expansive photography with Spotlight
Spotlight transforms property search into a more immersive experience. Instead of quickly scrolling through dozens of listings, you can take your time exploring each home with expansive photography and a clean, distraction-free layout.
Seamless keyboard navigation and an interactive image gallery make browsing effortless, while support for ultra-wide monitors creates a cinematic viewing experience. Whether you're searching for your dream home or exploring exceptional luxury properties, Spotlight lets every listing tell its story.
Visual browsing, made consistent
Finding a home is a highly visual experience, so we’ve designed our standard multi-photo layouts to make every listing feel engaging, clear and easy to explore. Multiple images are shown upfront to help buyers quickly get a better sense of the property, without having to open every listing first.
We’ve also kept the browsing experience consistent across MyProperty. Unlike some portals where promoted listings can look dramatically different from the rest, our layouts are designed to give buyers a fair, predictable experience where every home is presented beautifully and consistently.
A more personalised home page
We've also launched a refreshed home page layout, introducing several personalisation features for logged-in users. From more relevant property suggestions to a browsing experience shaped around your search activity, MyProperty is becoming more useful the more you use it.
It's another step towards making property search more personal, more intuitive, and ultimately more enjoyable - because finding your next home should adapt to you, not the other way around.
