Walter-Eric Scrooby — Candidate Property Practitioner, Team Scrooby

I bring a unique, highly structured, and data-driven approach to real estate. After successfully launching my career here at Harcourts Toti, my wife Janine and I recently took an exciting next step by joining forces to establish Team Scrooby under the trusted Harcourts umbrella.

Before making my intentional pivot into the South Coast property market, I spent over 20 years driving operational excellence, analytics, and high-stakes quality engineering in South Africa's demanding automotive parts manufacturing sector. Rising through the ranks from the production floor all the way to top corporate management, I now masterfully translate this corporate background into a powerful competitive edge for our team's clients.

For me, real estate is an operational process that demands absolute precision, lean data-driven decision-making, and strict compliance discipline.

I am known for my courage in tackling complex negotiations and transaction bottlenecks head-on, ensuring that your financial investments are fiercely protected every step of the way.

Above all, my commitment to transparency, honesty, and a "People First" mentality means I value human connection far above any closing metric.

Together with Janine under Team Scrooby, I couple this razor-sharp business acumen with an energetic, positive spirit—bringing fun and stress-free energy to every property milestone across Amanzimtoti and the broader South Coast market.
