Get to know Vanessa

Hi my name is Vanessa Coulson and I have lived in the Western Suburbs since 2008.

I am originally from the Northern Drakensberg in a small little town called Jagersrust. I attended school in Bergville and then moved onto Ladysmith where I finished my Matric in 2005. I left the country life right after finishing school where I lived in Durban with my three older siblings before moving to the Western Suburbs. I worked in various industries before joining Real Estate in 2023. It’s been an amazing journey so far and I can definitely say I have found my passion and purpose.

I am passionate about sales and people, as well as providing clients with a trustworthy, efficient, and pleasant experience.

I work in the Upper Highway area covering the following suburbs – Gillitts, Kloof, Winston Park, Hillcrest, Waterfall, Botha’s Hill, Drummond, Assagay and all the way to Hammersdale. I have also joined the Queensburgh team, which includes Northdene, Malvern, Queensburgh down to Montclair.

We offer a no obligation valuation service for those sellers wishing to get an idea of the value of their home or if you are relocating then I am just a phone call away. Should you be thinking of or selling, please do not hesitate to contact me

Looking forward to helping you find your dream home or selling your current one.
