Having started in Public Relations, Marketing and Customer Services in 1987, in spheres as diverse as television rental to hand and surface sanitisers, including eventing, product development and a 7-year stint in Europe from 1995 raising her sons when they were little, Tess ended up in Real Estate in 2018 where she feels most at home; facilitating residential property needs.

She loves meeting and interacting with people to help them to fulfil their property requirements. She strives for professionalism, honesty, integrity and to provide knowledge; always with a listening ear.

With Knightsbridge Properties since 2024, she provides comprehensive property services in sales, rentals and management, always with a positive "Distinction through Passion" attitude and effort.
