Sue Le Roux

Harcourts Blue / Candidate Property Practitioner
More about Sue

I’m Sue Le Roux, a PPRA-registered, NQF4-qualified Property Practitioner with Harcourts Blue, proudly serving the Boksburg community with dedication, empathy and a strong people-first approach. With more than four years of experience in the industry and over R22 million in confirmed property sales, I bring a deep passion for service excellence and client care. Having spent my entire professional career in sales, I understand the importance of building trust, maintaining strong relationships and offering a level of service that makes every client feel valued and supported.

I specialize in the Boksburg area, including Ravenswood, Comet, Jansen Park and surrounding suburbs. My expertise covers both traditional sales and bank-assisted distressed sales, allowing me to assist a wide range of sellers and buyers with varying needs and circumstances. I work across residential free-standing homes, sectional-title units, townhouses, family properties and entry-level investment opportunities. My clients appreciate my ability to interpret market conditions, provide realistic pricing guidance and create custom strategies that protect their interests while achieving the best possible outcome.

My philosophy is simple: treat every client with the same care and commitment I would want for myself. Real estate is often an emotional journey filled with big decisions, uncertain moments and life-changing transitions. I make it a priority to understand each client’s unique situation, offer clear communication from start to finish and guide them through the process with warmth, patience and professionalism. It is important to me that my clients feel informed, empowered and supported—not rushed or overwhelmed.

I am particularly passionate about service excellence built on trust, positive energy and genuine devotion. These values drive every action I take, from the first consultation to the final signature. Whether assisting first-time buyers entering the market, families preparing to move, investors exploring opportunities or sellers navigating financial challenges, I bring empathy, honesty and problem-solving skills to every interaction. Many of my clients return or refer others, a reflection of the relationships I build and the care I put into each transaction.

To remain effective in a constantly evolving industry, I prioritize continuous learning and staying up to date with market trends, legislation changes, distressed-sale requirements, economic shifts and digital marketing innovations. This ensures that every client receives guidance rooted in the most current and accurate information available. I believe in providing not just service, but education—helping clients understand their options so they can make decisions with clarity and confidence.

Being part of Harcourts Blue allows me to deliver a world-class experience supported by global systems, industry-leading marketing tools and a collaborative team culture grounded in integrity. Our brand stands for people-first values and a commitment to excellence, which aligns perfectly with the way I choose to work. My clients benefit from strong marketing exposure, professional presentation, a structured selling process and the reassurance of working with a trusted, reputable team.

Helping people through meaningful transitions is one of the greatest privileges of my career. Whether you’re selling a home filled with years of memories or buying a home that marks a new beginning, I am here to walk the journey with you.

Your goals matter, your experience matters, and I am with you all the way.
