Get to know Simonè

Exceptional real estate service begins with understanding more than the property itself. It begins with the people, priorities and aspirations behind every move.

Simoné brings a considered, detail-oriented approach to real estate, with a particular appreciation for architecture, the character of a home, and the landscapes and communities that make Paarl such a distinctive place to live.

Recognising that every client’s circumstances are different and no two property journeys are quite the same, Simoné’s approach centres on listening carefully, preparing thoroughly and communicating clearly. Her aim is to ensure that clients feel informed, confident and supported throughout the process. Whether helping clients find the right home, positioning a property for sale or exploring development opportunities, she focuses on thoughtful guidance, considered marketing and meticulous attention to detail.

Beyond individual properties, Simoné has a genuine interest in how places evolve, what gives communities their character and how the right home can shape the way people live. Through local editorial and community-focused initiatives, she explores the properties, people, landscapes and lifestyle that define the region. This broader perspective informs her approach to real estate, connecting each property to the setting and lifestyle that make it truly meaningful.

For Simoné, success is measured by relationships that last. Grounded in professional integrity, strong market knowledge and consistent service, her goal is to earn each client’s trust and deliver an experience they feel confident recommending to others.
